Hey, Thenonconformer (sic)!
Bet you feel pretty embarrassed about what you said about poll position now, huh, with Obama leaving McCain in the dust? And you want to talk about "substance" and Sarah Palin in the same breath? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

Hi I found a good article about how McCain betrayed his family and posted it on my page. A man that would betray his own family would certainly betray people he doesn't even know.

The genesis of Barack Obama’s slide in recent polls is debatable, but the numbers are not. Is it the Palin effect? A post-convention GOP bounce? The barrage of misleading ads like “Education,” that claimed Obama’s one accomplishment in education was that he voted for sex ed for kids? Or perhaps it’s because of the focus over distractions like “lipstick on a pig.” Whatever the attribution, 50 days from the election, Obama is inserting some urgency in his plea to voters.

Barack Obama’s slide in recent polls was unexpected to him, how could he be prepared and adequately respond to John McCain's swiping his lead by appointing Governor Palin as his running mate?

Change isn’t about slogans, it’s about substance. If Obama could not handle this how can he handle the presidency next? Clearly he cannot.

I wonder if McCain plans to pay out of Cindy's pocket for those lettuce pickers in Uma, AZ, given the going rates are far less than what he is promising at $100k/yr for one person...

<a href="http://www.csmonitor.com/2007/1231/p08s02-comv.html" rel="nofollow">CSMonitor says,</a>
<blockquote>
"The average household income of illegal immigrants in Arizona is $35,000 per year. For natives, it is $69,000."</blockquote>

Meaning a "family" of two illegal pickers would earn half of $17.50 per hour for each or $8.75/hr each, or for two legal pickers it would be $17.25 for a regular 40 hr work week. That means McCain is offering a subsidy of $32.75/hr? Bring it on Johnny, I'll go just for the subsidy you are willing to pay!

Good refresher post of McCain's words :)
